If the user transmits data on behalf of third parties and/or makes declarations on behalf of third parties and/or conducts business on behalf of third parties, the user expressly declares to agree to this data protection agreement also on behalf of third parties and to be authorized and/or commissioned by third parties to do so. The user shall indemnify and hold the organizers harmless in the event of a breach of these obligations.
